Company-Initiated Cancellations

If we cancel a Booking for reasons beyond our control (weather, safety, operational constraints):

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations

30 or more days before arrival

the booking date:

100%

15–29 days before arrival

the booking date:

50%

14 days or less before arrival

the booking date:

Non-refundable
Deposit & Payment Terms
Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is payable 14 days prior to the arrival date.
No-Show & Early Departure: No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
Third-Party Services: Any third-party services already booked (park fees, flights, permits, transfers) may be non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation approval to the original payment method.
Bank or payment provider delays may extend this period.
Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider partial or full refunds for genuine emergencies, subject to supporting documentation.

Examples of Exceptional Circumstances:

  • Medical emergencies with hospital documentation
  • Family bereavement with death certificate
  • Natural disasters affecting travel
  • Government travel restrictions

Required Documentation:

Official documentation such as medical certificates, death certificates, or government travel advisories must be provided within 48 hours of the incident.

Non-Refundable Items

Third-party tickets or permits purchased in advance on your behalf may be non-refundable.

Flight tickets purchased on your behalf
Special permits and park fees
Third-party accommodation bookings
Pre-booked restaurant reservations
Concert or event tickets
Travel insurance premiums
