Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation with JamboHotels. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by JamboHotels.
A valid credit card or prepayment may be required to secure your reservation.
Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Special requests such as room preferences, early check-in, or late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Group bookings (5 or more rooms) are subject to separate terms and conditions.

2. Payment Terms

All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment methods accepted include major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon check-in or check-out as specified.
Additional charges incurred during your stay (minibar, room service, spa treatments, etc.) will be settled upon check-out.
JamboHotels reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card for the estimated total of your stay plus incidentals.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date for most room types.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night's accommodation.
Non-refundable rates, when selected, are not eligible for cancellation refunds under any circumstances.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
In case of early departure, no refunds will be given for unused nights.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must present valid government-issued identification upon check-in.
The guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided. Violation may result in a cleaning fee of R2,500.
Pets are not permitted unless prior arrangement has been made with the hotel management.
Guests must comply with all hotel policies, including noise regulations and pool/gym usage rules.
Maximum room occupancy must not exceed the specified limit for each room type.

5. Hotel Rights & Policies

JamboHotels reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates hotel policies or engages in illegal activities.
The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Safety deposit boxes are available for valuables.
Room rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
The hotel reserves the right to reassign rooms of equivalent or higher standard if necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

JamboHotels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your stay.
The hotel's liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid for the reservation.
JamboHotels is not responsible for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or utility failures.
Guests assume all risks associated with participation in hotel activities and use of hotel facilities.
The hotel shall not be liable for any illness, injury, or medical condition arising during the guest's stay unless caused by the hotel's negligence.

Important Currency Notice

All prices, rates, and transactions at JamboHotels are quoted and processed exclusively in South African Rand (ZAR). International guests should be aware that currency conversion fees may apply through their financial institution.
