Welcome to Ntonji Tours and Safaris. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1.1 Booking & Payment

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment.

Pricing: Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

Payment Methods: We accept secure online card payments, EFT, and other methods listed on our website.

Deposit: In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure a booking, with the balance payable before the service date.

1.2 Client Responsibilities

Travel Documents: Clients must ensure they have valid passports, visas, permits, and any required vaccination certificates.

Accuracy of Information: All information provided at booking must be accurate and complete.

Compliance: You must comply with South African laws, wildlife regulations, and safety instructions from our guides.

Insurance: We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and loss of property.

1.3 Service Modification & Cancellation

Company Rights: We reserve the right to change itineraries, transportation, or accommodation due to weather, safety, operational needs, or force majeure events.

Alternative Arrangements: Where possible, we will provide alternative arrangements or a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

1.4 Limitation of Liability

Ntonji Tours and Safaris will not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Political unrest

Transportation delays

Illness or accidents

Participation in tours is at your own risk. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

1.5 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

1.6 Acceptance

Your use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
